Tony Osime is a renowned facilitator and serves as the Key Facilitator for major consulting firms such as Leadership & Vision, Vic Lawrence, H. Pierson, Restral, FITC, Strategy Safari, MCS Consulting, GTC UK.
He established and managed a venture capital company serving as the first MD of the first SMI Investment Company. He has a background in Language, Media & Communication and has had education at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; University of Ibadan, Ibadan; Pan African University, Lagos; and The Coaching Academy, London.He has also attended more than fifty professional development courses within and outside Nigeria.
Femi has authored four textbooks and has published several articles in reputable academic journals in the area of Media Audiences, Public Speaking, Perception Management, Marketing Communication and Organisational Communication .

His career trajectory, spanning more than two decades, has had him function at various times as jounalist, teacher, broadcaster, Advertising Executive, Public Relations practitioner and lecturer on Personal/Business Communication.
At the moment, when he is not involved with the activities of Broadwaters Consulting – a brand communication development firm - he would be found engaged in people development activities such as - facilitating executive training sessions; coaching Small Business Owners ; or speaking on Leadership, Life Skills, and self Presentation at various Civil/ Professional fora.
He is also a member of the Toastmasters International and co-host , Sunrise , a breakfast show on Channels television, Lagos,Nigeria .
